b. You agree to clean the facility after each use, and leave the facility as cleaner than it was before your use.

c. You agree to respectful of other members times and will not go over your time or hinder other members for using their booked times.

d. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by St Augusta Golf Club staff may result in immediate termination of your session and, or membership without refund.

5. Liability

a. St Augusta Golf Club shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of our Indoor Golf Simulator service.

b. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless St Augusta Golf Club from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.
